New Live Date - January 2025
Originally we sent a notice out for a new customer portal date set for December 9, 2024. That date has now been moved to January 2025. As we move closer to the go live date and making final changes to the new system please continue to use our same payment portal. We will update you with the updated new portal date as soon as we have more information. When we do go live the payment portal will be updated and you will continue to log in as you normally do. It will just have a different look and feel.

New Portal FAQ
What does this mean?
Our customer payment portal will have a new look. You will have more options for managing your account, set up autopay, paperless notifications,
monitor your usage, set up alerts and much more.
Do I have to Register?
No, if you are already registered in the payment portal through our website you will not have to re-register. Simply log in with the same credentials as before. Your saved payment methods will still be linked to your account as the payment processor remains the same.
Yes, if you are not already registered with our payment portal, you will have to “Sign Up”. Customers that were not previously using the payment portal will be sent an email “invite” to join. This email will go out sometime the week of December 9th.
If you don’t want to register, you can just make a “One Time Payment”.
Will my Account Number change?
Yes, your account number will change and will be listed on your first bill that you will receive at the end of December. If you use bill pay through your bank you will need to update your account number so future payments will be credited properly. If you are paying through the portal or mailing the remittance stub there is nothing else you need to do.
Will the Due Date Change?
No, the bill due dates will not change. The bill will continue to be due on the 15th of every month.
How will I log into the new portal?
Go to our website (www.lcjmwsc.com). Select "Pay My Bill" icon which will redirect you to our new portal.
Will this affect my current Autopay?
No, no action is needed on your part. If you are a current autopay customer, you do not need to do anything as our payment processor is not changing.
Will this affect my Level Bill?
No, if you are a level or equal billing customer this will not affect you.
Will my bill look different?
Yes, the layout of the bill will look different, but contains the same information.
