Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative duties include, but are not limited to, taking payments, taking applications for new customers, handling high volume calls while effectively assisting customers, scheduling service work orders, filing, etc. The qualified candidate must have the ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees, demonstrate strong organizational skills, give excellent attention to detail, and have the ability to prioritize workflow while meeting timely deadlines.

Requires high school diploma or equivalent and (2) years customer service experience.  JMWSC offers a benefits package including participation in the SC Retirement System, the State Health Plan, life insurance, holidays, vacation and sick leave.
