The Commission's Engineering Department oversees all plan review and construction oversight for projects completed on the Commission's water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems. The Engineering Department maintains a set of standard specifications and details as well as up to date computer models of the Commission's water distribution and sanitary sewer collection systems. The department is also responsible for locates called into SC811, the Commission's Cross Connection Control Program and the Commission's Fats, Oils and Grease Program.
The Commission's Project Portal is an online collaboration site to access, share, submit information, openly communicate and coordinate their related water and wastewater projects between the Commission, the Developer and their Engineers.
