Customers who have been on our system for at least 12 months may sign up for equal monthly installment payments based on usage history.
Your usage may be within the same 1,000 gallon range.
There is a fixed rate component to your bill as well as a volumetic usage component. The volumetic usage rate only changes when your usage changes into the next thousand gallons. For example, if you are using 2,300 gallons one month and 2,800 gallons the next month, your bill will not change unless there was a rate increase. If you are using 2,300 gallons one month and 3,100 gallons the next, then your bill will increase.
