Applying for Service 

Fill out the Online Residential Application for Service and submit it. Please allow us time to process the application and a representative will contact you to collect the deposit.

Online Residential Application for Service

Applications are processed during normal business hours.  Applications received after business hours will be processed the next business day.  

A security deposit is required for all new service accounts.  The security deposit must be paid in full at the time of application, and will be determined by a soft credit check on both parties applying for service.  The higher deposit of the two applicants will be due.  Deposits range from $50 minimum to max $150.

Please be advised if the water meter has been pulled at the location a meter reset fee of $250 will be due before the meter will be reset. 

*Please note that applications for service will not be processed until the security deposit has been received.   

If you do not want to apply online

Complete a Residential Service Application, and send back to us with a Driver’s License or photo ID.  We will need to verify identification for each person listed on the application. 

Once we receive the completed paperwork we will contact you with your deposit amount.

There are several choices for applying for service.

 

 

Applying for a First Time Meter Set

(Builders or First Time Installation of Meter)

For service locations that do not currently have a water meter you will need to bring the following into our office.  Please allow two weeks from time of application for meter to be set.

Applying for Commercial Service

(Business)

All Commercial applicants must speak with the Commission's Engineering Department prior to applying for service.  

All commercial water services are required to be equipped with an approved backflow prevention assembly and are required to be tested on an annual basis.  Customers who may potentially discharge fats, oils or grease into the Commission's collection system will be required to install a grease interceptor.

Commercial accounts must pay a $75 security deposit.
